  • Order deadline: Orders received by 4:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing time: Processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Delivery time: After processing, shipping takes 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping costs: Delivery is free of charge within Germany and Austria.

Shipping Process:
After your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that processing has begun. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details to track the status of your delivery. Delivery time is approximately 4-6 business days.

Possible delays:
Orders should typically be delivered within 5-8 business days. However, delays can occur due to high demand, holidays, or adverse weather conditions. If your delivery is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us at info@vivo-montreal.com so we can investigate further.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vivo-montreal.com. Cancellation is no longer possible once processing has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items
